CancellationPolicy
· Reservations cancelled minimum 31 days before the arriving date: Los Alamos reserves the right to charge up to 10% of the reservation deposit amount of penalty.
· Reservations cancelled between 30 to 15 days before the arriving date: Los Alamos reserves the right to charge up to 2 nights of penalty.
· Reservations cancelled between 14 to 0 days before the arriving date: Los Alamos will not refund the reservation deposit amount.
· No-shows will be charged for the full stay. Los Alamos will not refund any amount for check-outs in advance
